The first step is to tell us about your home. What is the current condition of the home? What work do you want done to the home?
Review your Options
After you submit your information, one of our agents will reach out to go over your options. They will let you know how much your home is worth in it's current condition, and how much it would be worth after the renovation. Based on this information, we can determine which route is best for you.
Get an Estimate
If doing the renovation is the best option for you, we will set up a time for our contractor to meet you at the home. You can explain to them exactly what you want done. They will take this information, and provide you with an estimate.
Get the work done.
If the you approve the estimate, the contract will get right to work to complete the renovation. The contractor will be in constant communication with you and your agent as the project progresses.
Sell the House
Once all of the work is completed, we will proceed with selling your home. We will schedule photos, and videos, and perform our exclusive marketing strategy to sell your home for top dollar. We will be by your side every step of the way.
Close on the House
Once we make it through the sale of your house, it's time to get paid, and pay the contractor for his work. The contractor's invoice will appear on the settlement statement when you go to close on your house. This means that the title company will pay the contractor out of the proceeds on the sale.
